Wow. For the price of the M1000RR carbon support brace it might be cheaper to buy the 2023 S1000RR support braces + fairings + wings!

Aftermarket brackets will come out at some point. Thanks for sharing that. Wow didn’t realize it would be that much.

seems from images of the left side of bike that in order to install any kind of frame sliders they will have to be offset or cut the panel. Right seems fine but left one. Anyone confirm?
I confirmed! I installed the R&G Racing Aero Frame Sliders (symmetrical), and the back bold of the left bracket is rubbing on the fairing. I was able to mount it anyway. Though one of the fairing bold do not align anymore.
I contacted R&G, and they told me a new version is in development. I will leave the old one in the mean time.

Im shocked R&G would design that instead of having the bolt go inside the bracket

If that hex head bolt is allowing the plastic panel to rest on it with very much pressure, I can assure you from vibration of riding, that paint will chip off the panel and likely even cause a mark in the plastic it self.

The is for the 2022 model. I contacted R&G and they are in the process of redesigning a new one that fits the 2023.

Absolutely! I am just waiting for R&G to come with the redesign.

Sadly, the R&G non symmetrical frame sliders also have a slight issue with rubbing. The left side one will rub if you have the aero slider positioned parallel to the ground. If you allow the slider to be turned a bit where the back tear drop is pointing downward, it won't touch. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal but BMW_388 is correct that over time the slider will rub through the paint. This has happened on mine and I only have about 2200 or so miles on my bike. It's a small area which I'll see if a place such as Colorite or Dr Colorchip will make an equivalent touch up paint. Or I'll just go to my trusted body shop and have the painter mix up one for me.

I initially ordered the non symmetrical, and it cannot be mounted on the 2023 at all. The bold on which it mount is now covered by the fairing. That was not the case with previous models.
Yes. Well aware of that with the 2023 models. Just pointing out that the redesign may not entire solve the problem. I still stuck with the R&Gs because I've seen them perform in a crash situation on our K67s.

My 23 finally arrived I went to go pick it up they were unable to sell it to me because of a stop sale recall on the M levers don't know if it's the clutch or the front brake or both. They said the recall came in just an hour ago can anyone else confirm this??

Have not heard anything yet, but I am soon due for the first service. I do have the M levers too.

Found the post for the M Lever issue:

Yes!!! Just got a call from my dealer that my bike is in recall jail. Seems the last shipment from Germany shipped with Stop Sale on them.

Those are the prior model levers but could be a similar issue?

At least they shipped :)

Called BMW. The problem is handbremshebel nacharbeiten, which translates to handbrake lever rework. Stop sale makes sense, loosing the front brake would not be a good thing.
