ill post pics tomorrow but --->
1) can anyone offer there opinion on the Sato rear sets VS Attack ? I know Sato are pricey but are they worth It? hows the adjustability/durability/function? .. one thing about ATTACK i like is the foot pegs, how they break off in increments to hopefully preserve as much of the peg as possible

2) if I'm going to be spending $450+ i might as well get the color i want. My bike is thunder grey and Im going with a kinda GOLD aftermarket accessories look to it. I like that SATO rear sets are indeed GOLD while Attack "GOLD" looks more like a titanium.

so function is first, versatility second, and looks are a close 3rd to me.

they are both nice.. i like the attacks because of the serations on the pegs. if sato offered them it would be a toss up. ive been doing track days for years using different brand rearsets. ive found the ones that hold my boots the best are vortex or attacks. ive had yosh, sato,pp tuning, gilles, vortex and attack...

I have Sato on both of my bikes too. My GF has Attacks on her Gixxer and when I ride that bike my foot seems to slip a little. It could just be that I love my Satos but.... Anyway I won't buy anything else. And as mentioned replacement parts are easy to het hold of.

Had Sato's on my 2011 and loved them! Putting AP's on my 2012 this weekend. Satos were awesome and super smooth. Also looked amazing and like they were sculpted. AP's are equally well made and look industrial by comparison.

I had trouble gettin replacement parts for my Sato's and that's what steered me to AP's this time.

Thinking of the Sato,s as well. $780 in Australia + delivery
Did you guys fit them yourself ?. How long did it take. If its just a quick install will get them fitted when I put the new bike in for the replacement of the defective Conti front tyre.
And yes thats how we spell tire in Aust :)
