I thought I'd start a thread, as it's pretty easy to have issues with the connectivity. Having had BMW Nav 6 on my RS I worked out a lot of the issues. The big thing to make it all work is to pair your headset as "GPS" to the bike. From my Sena 20C Pro you hold down the phone jog button for 5 seconds and then hit the phone button twice until you hear it say GPS pairing. If you use the first pairing option that it comes up with by default it will not work. You must pair your headset and your phone to the bike, never to eachother. The bike will run all of your music, calls, and gps instructions. Remember, always have your phone and headset on and within range before you start the bike. If you turn the headset on after the bike is on and past it's searching for connections stage the audio will not work. It's a finicky system but once you get it all working it should work well.
