Dumb question, I purchased the BT Moto stage 1 and 2 with velocity stacks before I knew about bmw_388 tune and dynoworks, slr etc. I've read VERY mixed feelings about BT moto and got me paranoid about not receiving every bit of what I paid for.

Does snyone have experience with stage 2? How will I know I got the full on stage 2 flash and not just stage 1 with a crappy map? I will race my S1000RR alot and want to use MR12 fuel and want yo make sure I get every bit out of this thing.

I went with a stage 1 and the IAT relocation on my 2020 RR after I did the Akra exhaust, and it was a "good" improvement in responsiveness. I then went to stage 2 a couple of hundred miles later and it was phenomenal! The power was much more linear. Throttle response was better, shifting was better, and the cold start issue was eliminated. Stage 2 is definitely worth it. Don't waste the money on Stage 1. go right to stage 2 after you have done your mods - assuming you are going to do an exhaust with cat delete etc. I went with the Akra TI and shorty race can. I could have saved some $$ and gone with stainless though but will be a good investment. Good luck.
