This is the same bodywork we’ve installed on our own S1000RR Racebike. As usual, the finish looks great and all the holes line up perfectly. Sharkskinz bodywork is renowned for its fit and near ready-to-paint finish that comes out of the box. Aside from drilling holes to fit it to your bike, you’ll spend about an hour preparing these fairings for painting. Other brands usually require five, six or seven hours of sanding, filling, priming along with cutting and trimming just to get it to fit on the bodywork correctly. That’s never the case with this bodywork thanks to their proprietary primer finish that won’t crack or spider after extended use. No wonder it’s the choice of top teams! This bodywork is available as a complete set or in individual pieces.

Call TJ at 866.931.6644 ext 817 to get a set of Sharkskinz shipped to you fast. If you have any questions about availability, please send us an email: FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM is the address with BMW BODYWORK in the subject line and we’ll get back to you right away.

The belly pan is designed to contain oil in the event of a seal failure on your bike, reducing the likelihood of a crash.

The tail section works with stock seat.

Anti-draft shield.

Some manufacturers don’t tell you that you need to fabricate brackets or source odd spacers to make their bodywork fit, not SharkSkinz. Here, they’ve included quick take-off upper fairing stay brackets and spacers. This makes getting the uppers on and off much easier.

It’s possible to order SharkSkinz with or without pre-drilled Dzus fasteners. We prefer to have them installed at the factory since they line up perfectly.

Having this done beforehand saves a LOT of time and eliminates any error in alignment by the installer.
