today i have noticed that the fan isnt working..usually it kicks in at 101celsius and goes off at 95 but today it went up to 115 before i turned off the motor..i tried it again in my garage and the fan never worked before switching off the motor at 113..any suggestions what might went wrong?bike is a 2013 with 12241km..thanks

Have you checked the fuse for the fan? A voltmeter across the plug for the fan when the bike is at a temp where the fan should be on could indicate a few things. 0 volts means theres no power to the fan. If there is voltage there then you know the fan is being told to come on and if the connector is plugged in securely with no fan operation then you could have a bad fan.

Keep in mind that a fuse can fail and not be visible in the little window. Use a volt meter for conductivity check (or just swap in a fuse for the suspect fan fuse). It's rare but I have seen it.
