Replacement Brembo calipers on 2018 S1000RR would mess up the ABS

Want to upgrade calipers but I’m worried about this.

Have read that Brembo itself recommends that you remove or not use the stock/OEM ABS system if you change the stock calipers. This is due to the different brake fluid volume on other calipers.

Is there an upgrade that would not change the fluid volume?

Cheers

That is just cover the policy and procedure at Brembo BS.

I have put every Brembo caliper on my GSXR and all my BMW S1000RR .. there is zero issues.

Manufactures wont go outside the OEM spec these days on advise since so many people get hurt in some way and blame every name on the hardware in some way.

So different brake fluid volume will not affect ABS function and efficiency at all?

none.. it is purely based on the pressure, not the volume of fluid moved. Now, there is some huge equation that indicates the slight change in pressure based on volume, but, that is so slight you will never have an issue of this effect. Well, I have not in 12 years at least and over 100 motorcycles with ABS

Thanks a lot for the replies/explanations. Cheers!
