Hello everyone, I recently purchase a 2015 BMW S1000RR and took it to a reputable suspension shop to get my preload adjusted for front and rear. The mechanic found that the rear preload bolt is broken, it could be turned by hand and he said the only way is replacing the shock which wud be a $2500 CAD( only GP shocks are in stock atm). He mentioned the rear pre-load is off by 5 mm so it’s a perfect setup for wet conditions but for dry track days it’s slightly off.

Do u know if there’s any other alternative for this? I’m gonna try and source a Sachs suspension to replace the OEM but does increasing tire height from a 55 to 60 make any difference. Any input is welcome!
