I am looking for something probably 60% track and 40% street.

Rosso Corso 2 or Bridgestone S21

Best grip will be Pirelli TD, Michelin power cup 2, Metzeler RR K1. Followed by Dunlop Q4. These tires are only 2 seconds off slick pace.
Conti Attack 4, Bridgstone s21, Metzeler M9 would be less grippy, last about 20-40% more depending on your pace.

The rest check on best sources near you. I have used all of above over the years, I like the Metzelers.

At 60% track/40% street all above tires is waste of moneys. They will get destroyed in no time on street.

Why S21 over S22?

No, but I know the biggest Bridgestone dealer in the UK, ex BSB champion who uses them when wettish.

From cuts, I only use Rosso Corso 2.

From slicks only V02s.
