At 60% track/40% street all above tires is waste of moneys. They will get destroyed in no time on street.Best grip will be Pirelli TD, Michelin power cup 2, Metzeler RR K1. Followed by Dunlop Q4. These tires are only 2 seconds off slick pace.
Conti Attack 4, Bridgstone s21, Metzeler M9 would be less grippy, last about 20-40% more depending on your pace.
