I've recently purchased a 2021 RR from the superbike school and love it and can't thank them enough. I'm just wondering the best way to get rid of the dead spot in the mid-range without voiding my warranty. Thanks in advance!

BMW offers a Torque Optimization Map that does not lose warranty. Ask a dealer about it. Improves torque but limits top hp to like 187hp or something like that. Search the forum for TOM and you will see dyno chart from different threads.

Dealer TOM or I can change it to the TOM and if you dont like it, I can change it back to Stock or my race Flash.

You might want to check with JJ at Superbike School. He mentioned to me that they have all their fleet bikes flashed with the TOM tune. I don't know if they restore the original tune when selling the bikes though.

I saw a video made by Motorcyclist where the reviewer said he was told by Nate Kern that the bikes at RR fest had the TOM flash. I can say I have the TOM flash and it definitely is better than OEM in lower gears and at the 6-8k rpm range. It also pulls to over 150mph pretty quickly on a good size straight at my local track. I also sleep well at night knowing that my warranty is solid (I bought a BMW extended warranty as well so extra important to me).
