Hi to all,

Just purchased a new to me 2022 S1000XR and really pleased with the bike. Coming from a Ducati Multistrada Enduro and enjoying the XRs lighter weight and sportier handling.

Been riding for 40+years and started out on a CT70 back in the early 70s. Just got back in the saddle last year after a 10 year hiatus. Let work get in the way of fun.

Welcome to the forum. Many years ago used to live off Bandera Road near John Marshall HS.

I usually hang a left on Bandera Road to head out to 335/336/337

I lived in San Antonio for a year. Hot riding. Had to keep the bike over 80 just to keep the air moving over you.
