LampF can be removed by the user on 2012 bikes?? Thank God for that!!

You can remove the error lamp warning by getting your dealer to take off the lamp error warning monitor, Dont wire in a resistor. not needed..

If you have a 2012, you can take off the lamp error monitor yourself in the menu ..

can you describe the procedure for removing the code on a 2012 bike?

Flip through the settings on your left handlebar and you will see one of them that says "Lamp test On" or something like that ... switch it to off and your good.

I figured out mine was one of my running lights broke off ... stupid LED lights. I replaced them both with another brand and it works fine but did not have the resisiter in it so it still was throwing the code. I turned it off and now im good.

absolutely AWESOME. I had three gripes with my 2010 bike. That damned LampF! thing, no heated grips, and no TPMS. 2 out of 3 ain't bad
