I installed the TWM chain adjusters on my K46. There seems to be a similar gap on mine. I don’t have any issues with alignment and wheel tracking while riding.

Could be for K46 instead of the K67. I had installed K46 versions on my K67 back in 2019. I cant remember however if there was a gap there, but I do remember they did not 100% fit overall, but worked fine.

 

My Lightechs have a similar gap. Not concerned about it as with the everything tightened down nothing is moving. I also think that bracket behind the main frame of the chain adjuster is to facilitate the use of lifting forks for a rear stand.
