Another question, are you sure that you have logged data on the datalogger?

In other words, wire the datalogger, go for a short ride. Now put your correct usb stick (see previous reply). It should start blinking untill it is solid.

I have emailed the BMW race support to get my datalogger working, they send me this:

Please make following steps:
- Please remove ALL Datas on the Stick
- Check if the formation of the Stick is “FAT32”
- Ignition OFF
- Put the stick into the Logger
- Ignition ON
- Wait until the blue LED is flashing constantly
- Ignition OFF
- Remove the stick from the Logger
- Update your HP Race Datalogger Software (? -> check for updates)
- Search again for updates (sometimes you have to do it twice …)
- Put the stick into your laptop
- Check if the Folder “2D-Datarecording” is on it
- Open the HP Race Datalogger Software and put the right setting on the Stick (“Options -> HP Race Datalogger Settings -> changing HP Race Datalogger device software -> choose your bike”)
- Follow the advice (ignition off-put the stick into logger-ignition on-wait until led is flashing constant)

Please give me information if it’s working again.
