When you ride ( hard enough anyway ) you sweat. The moisture escapes into the leather and helps break it in. A faster way is to ride in the rain and then be sure to ride it dry. I have done this many times and really works the leather to your body. Then you could just get the garden hose and wet yourself down good and take off riding to dry it in. That works pretty good too. Be sure to put the leather conditioner back in once it is dry.
