My name is Mike and I will be your representative for HELITE on this forum. We are very excited to be on the S1000 RR forum and look forward to answering your questions and concerns regarding our Motorcycle AirBags. Below is a brief description of the options we offer and we will go into detail for each on upcoming threads.
HELITE offers a wide variety of options to choose from that suits your riding style and fashion preference all with the goal of safety in mind. All of our models offer the biggest protection volume on the market. The unique shape of the airbag absorbs shocks and stabilizes the body from head to tailbone.
Currently offered as a mechanical system which is extremely reliable and easy to use. You simply attach the airbag unit to the motorcycle using the supplied lanyard. The airbag inflates when the lanyard is pulled off. We will have an electronic version of certain models soon so be sure to keep an eye out for those if you would rather have an electronic option.
All of our jackets and vest are equipped with our TURTLE technology. This design results in the absorption and distribution of shocks while at the same time protecting you from intruding objects.
They are also reusable, and the system can be reactivated in a couple of minutes by yourself. Simply change the cartridge and you are protected once again.
HELITE Turtle 2 Airbag Vest
Our most popular option is the Turtle 2 Airbag Vest. These are offered in Hi-Viz Yellow and Black. Very clean looking and functional. The cartridge is not visible and is equipped with a convenient and useful extra pocket. The Turtle 2 vest is meant to be worn over your existing riding gear.
Both include Retro Reflective Stripes for night visibility.

Manufactured with ventilated textile and a removable inner lining. Generous mesh panels are located on most of the jacket’s surface for maximum airflow and ventilation. Includes elbow and shoulder protectors integrated into the jacket.
A removable long sleeved thermal, waterproof and windproof lining is included with the Vented Jacket. This is a useful feature, especially for variable weather days.

Vents on the sides, back and arms to cool. Neoprene on the neck and wrists for comfort and also includes adjustable straps that allow for a more tailored fit.
Available in Black or Grey and made with Technical textile CORDURA®, and highly abrasion resistant. Both are equipped with Wide retro-reflective piping front, back, and arms offering an additional layer of safety.

The HELITE Leather Airbag Jacket is perfect for those safety conscious riders with a passion for fashion and style.
This full-grain cowhide jacket is equipped with HELITE's revolutionary airbag technology to take the impact out of crashing. When activated, the airbag offers rigid support for the head and neck to reduce the risk of a traumatic brain injury.
The airbag itself is expertly integrated into the jacket to create a streamline look. For comfort, the jacket features a soft collar neck, adjustable waist circumference, and good airflow because of the mesh side panels.
Offered in Black or Brown and always protected!!
