Noticed my lowbeam was out, so went ahead and got 2 silverstar ultra H7 55W bulbs. After a few hours of riding I noticed it was out again. I go to pull it out and my connector is melted. Anyone have this happen? Any ideas of what's going on?

What year is the bike? How many miles/kms? Nothing wrong with Silverstars, been using them for years. But it looks like the connector could have been losing tension, causing some resistance and of course then a lot of heat. Easy enough to repair.
this is a great reason posted. Bad connection. The connectors can get corrosion or loose some of the crimp properties of getting a good bite on the blades of the bulbs. This causes a resistance in amp transfer which causes heat.
Get a replacement connector and solder heat shrink the new connector on. I would even get a new bulb or clean clean the blades on your existing that melted the connector around it.
