up until a couple hours ago the forum banner was frozen at the top of my browser. this was really useful since you could scroll through threads, but still have quick access to the items in the banner - 'new', 'forums', 'my profile'. All of a sudden sometime today that disappeared, did I click something that changed the settings inadvertently?? Or is this site wide change?
