@simes007us Any chance someone can send me one of these to Australia. I'm at max preload, almost max damping and its bottoming not even riding that hard. Way too soft.

what are the steps to replace the fork spring? I got the new spring and damper rod bleed tool. But cant find any info on how to do the swap myself. I am under the belief that it is a fairly easy spring to swap on the 2020+ DDC right for leg.

1. Pull fork out of bike
2. Back preload all the way off counter clockwise
3. Undo the cap using a special wrench or socket
4. Now you'll need a spring compressor to compress the spring down.
5. Pull cap with spring upwards and slot a spanner on the nut
6. Loosen cap while holding the nut
7. Remove cap and back off the spring compressor
8. Remove spring

Thank you sir.
@simes007us revisiting this. I tested on weekend on my bike. Stock springs currently. Preload on max. Felt heaps better than before I went to max. Still bottoming fork out though. Need springs. Will need to look in Aus. We have ktech here also.
So, I'm trying to figure out whether mine's bottoming out or not. I have a zip tie on the right fork and at the end of a hard track day ride, it's about 3-5 mm from the bottom, but not bottoming out all the way. I'm close to max preload. Tire wear is great and I don't feel any issues. But visually, when I see the zip tie so close to the bottom, I'm wondering if I need stiffer springs. Thoughts?

Sounds like it.

Not really. The length is travel is the goal of nearly using it all. You might even bottom out on a race track and you have to determine if it is a sharp bump in the track that caused the bottom out. So zip tie is merely a reference, and if you are not at the bottom level after several sessions, it is good.
