Afternoon All,
I owned a Gen2 for a couple of years and then recently had a 'motorcycle accident' i.e. bought another S1000RR!
The 'new' bike is a Gen1 with lots of tasty parts, hence the 'accident'; Alpha carbon bodywork, FGR forks, TTX shock, Harris swingarm and triple clamps etc. etc.
I'm currently going through it, ready for track day season '23 and noticed that it only has a wheel speed sensor in the rear.
Is anyone able to tell me a) what that means re. current levels of available traction control, as-is and b) do I simply need to get a bracket and front sensor to reinstate full functionality?
Any and all info. gratefully received.
Cheers
