What did you do? Try to remove it and strip the end with the tool?
he removed it with pliers not the $15 tool which prevents damage

still it's fine just harder to remove next time

Yup it ripped it right up. Then I used pliers. The rest came of easy with tool.

Wrong ? I’ve had that tool in my bag from the first day I bought the bike waiting for that very moment to shine and oh how disappointed I was the one with handle is probably much better

My bad, I’ve only seen the tool with handle. How is it a tool without one??

crap you have to stick something in hole and pry up with barely any space. Hard to gain leverage or zip tie and pull with pliers. Thanks for reply tho guys I'm going to put everything back together tonight.
