You better get 4 new coils since you can get them off ebay in sets for really cheap. I would not use that coil again.
your gasket in the valve cover is not sealing very well to have that much oil residue on the coil shaft area. Oil can build up inside that spark plug hole and if you get enough, it might move to the side of the plug shaft and provide a path to ground if you have any spark bleed out of that coil. So at lean angles you get a misfire like you have been experiencing is possible.
I have seen alot of oil inside an spark plug hole area on a blown engine I brought off ebay.
Just to add to this. Some S1000 bikes had cam caps cracking. Tiny little cracks that let oil into the spark plug holes. Most techs replaced the gaskets for the cover and the inner gaskets for the plug holes. Never fixed it. I know of about 2 or 3 we replaced cam caps on and I think one that needed a head.
