Anywhere you order right now can be weeks waiting on the part if it has to come from Germany. Local dealer is the best bet on maybe them seeing the part at another dealer and have it transferred in. Then if you really want to just try an online company https://www.bikebandit.com/ is not too bad on ordering from.

I don't believe Fortnine sells OEM or aftermarket cables for BMW. Or even brake lines. But they do sell all the consumables like brake pads, oil filters and air filters.

You could try Max BMW in New York state, easy to order online.
