I'm putting my order in tomorrow and fancy knowing what people prefer from the 2015 colours.

Probably won't impact my choice but I'd like to know just the same.

black's the only colour which comes with a black-finished swingarm and so gets my vote for that reason, otherwise I would have no preference.
I'm beginning to think I've overdone the black . . black leathers, black bike and smoked screen - shame I can't order it with red tyres to offset all the black!!V :)

Since I brought the Racing Red one.. I better stick to that.

I dont care for the white panels really. I would have preferred a Red Black with just a few white accents.

For me, the MS was ruled out because it's too busy, and I almost got the black for the black swinger alone as well, but it doesn't set the carbon off enough for me, plus I came from a TG. Ultimately, I went with the RR despite the white because of how well the carbon will look. I realized what I don't like about mine is the white sticker being so close to the white trim, so even if I kept the panels white, it's not a bad looking bike...the unfinished lowers are a cost cutting measure, which I'll fix myself...and the swinger is 1800 bucks until people start crashing and what not so powdercoat it is.

Motorsport. Initially preferred the motorsport colour scheme on the earlier bikes, but it grew on me very quickly. Also did a straw poll with a couple of girls at work who like bikes - both chose the motorsport without any hesitation.

Black looks great, but it's too anonymous - it's just a good looking black sportsbike. The details like the shark gills on the rhs are lost on it. If I'm spending GBP16K (USD24K) on a brand new ultimate superbike I don't want it to be mistaken for the 10yo gixxer parked next to it. Also I'm too fat to pull of the ghostrider look.

Haven't seen the red in the flesh, but in photos I hate the white infills and it's just not 'special' enough. If it was all red and a good price second hand, I wouldn't mind it, but would never choose it over motorsport or black.

It seems that almost everyone is choosing motorsport. When I ordered mine there was a huge waiting list, but I could have had a black one from a cancelled order the following week, or a red one pretty much straight away as there was no demand for them. On the flip side, red ought to be more exclusive

I have the 2015 in the Team Colors, and I will tell you the blue in pictures is very different in person. Everyone compliments on how vivid it is- I'm very happy with the color I chose, but it comes down to personal preference

I had to order it and wait 8-10 weeks or so because I wanted the Motorrad colors (though my dealership has both black and red/wht with the options I wanted). Have had Gixxers since '86, and have grown to love a blu/wht paint scheme, plus I have all blu/wht gear (leathers and textile). Besides preferring blu/wht, I do not want black because it doesn't stand out enough in traffic. Red would be my second choice (only slightly better than nothing for me), but blu/wht was what I really wanted, and BMW delivered. Not thrilled about the unpainted lowers, might change that.

I see a lot of black leathers and gear lately, and will not buy it for the same reason, and plus black gear is far too hot out here in the West. Ugh!

It's interesting to see that this poll has shifted so drastically, the red scheme still has the original 7 votes, and the Motorrad has doubled it's initial votes.

I wish the frame was silver as well, but....

Red, thinking of replacing white panels with either black or red from 2016 model. Still deciding.

My preference is most definitely the black. With the HP bits I love it. Next I'd take the red, but only with the black/carbon infills... actually, either the red or motorsport.

My test ride was the motorsport which I was originally going to get, but after seeing a black with the HP added, changed my mind.

The pic is how the red should look, IMO.

Red for me as well. Motorsports has to much white and I hate decals on bikes and I like the black but the black swingarm killed it for me. The swingarm is a work of art on these bikes imo, why not show it off? Don't really notice it as much on the blk one.

LOVE my Motorrad colors. Not that this was a consideration when I ordered it, but I get a lot of compliments on it, even from non-sportbike guys, even cruiser-types! I've even been told it's a very "American" paint job, which, I can agree with. Didn't even think about that, but I can see it now that several have mentioned it.

I think, as a BMW instead of a "Jap-bike" (even though it's still a "crotchrocket"), it even gets a little more respect from the Hardley crowd.

For the record, I love the swingarm in clear anodized, and hate that they painted the frame black. I'd rather they did the frame like the swingarm. I've seen complaints here about the paint rubbing off, or getting easily scratched off (as on the swingarm when changing tires). Wonder if they painted the frame black as a "Black-body Radiation" thing....? Probably they did it for looks. If I ever strip the bike down to the bare frame, that paint is going bye-bye.

I have not noticed this, but the pirates on parade in my area like the Ducatis and are particularly amused by the dry clutch.

I had not thought of this. But you are right; clear anodized would be great.

Personally, the 2015 MS would be my last choice. The front looks quite strange to me (perhaps even a no-go).

Red/white looks nice in pictures, although I was not that well impressed in person.

There's now a black/red which doesn't look all that bad, but IMHO BMW should go back into bringing "random" colors to the RR. Black+red+white combinations is just commonplace.
