I think the vibes will take epoxy out of the list of options. Perhaps an adhesive that is both strong and slightly soft to not crack. Otherwise it might worth considering one of those expanding inserts as a replacement.

I am planning to fit my BMW M Lever guards with the expanding inserts know any inserts or screw which would support it?

It appears that if you remove the grip you should be able to remove the insert, add some loctite and retighten the insert using the flats?

or use a bolt with two nuts (jamb nut) to lock the screw, back it out loctite it and reinstall.

That rubber insert is heat molded into the clip on during manufacturing of the clip on.

If your rubber insert has become dislodged, you can get that clip on replaced under warranty. There is no good reason for that to break loose accept a manufacturing defect.

That rubber insert is needed to install the HP billet lever guards. Those lever guards add to the weight of the clip. Then there is a weight that can be added with the lever guard that adds additional weight to the clip on bar end. All this hangs on that rubber insert.

You mention expanding inserts. There is no expanding inserts with the BMW HP guards for even the K46 that came from BMW.

If you are asking if there are inserts that do expand into the bar end and allow the mounting of that lever guard, yes there are. I have purchased some from eBay several times when I was testing the WoodCraft mounting solutions and clip ons. I prefer the OEM clip ons and the mounting methods.

It is possible to at least try JB Weld on the rubber insert and put up inside the clip on if you really dont want to claim it under warranty. Or even buy a clip on for $75 off ebay is the better way I would do it.

The OEM bars are not made by Gilles. The bars your link to are clearly threaded inter diameter of the bar, and outter of the insert. The OEM are not threaded.

tbh. I know how they came off loose I had the m lever guards installed and someone tried to forcefully remove them in the parking lot and that is when I noticed it became loose I kept riding and couple days later it completely loosened. So don’t know if warranty would cover it but I can always just try to fit the stock bar end weights and tell the dealership I don’t know what happened and it can prolly be replaced under warranty.

What do you have to lose. Just take it to the dealer and see if they think replacement is warrantied.

Just buy some used one off ebay is another cheaper solution. I have brought several pairs at $75 each.

I will have a spare set to sell next week if you want some shipped from USA to AU.
