In some after market wheels there is an option to apply anti-slippery paint for the tires to grip better. I will use my Dymag carbon wheels mostly in the track but also do some road riding. Is there any disadvantage to apply the anti-slippery paint? Some thoughts for example are pressure lose, more difficult to install/remove the tire etc.

The most important factor is the use of tire lube when installing a tire. Less is better. The real lube causes far less issues than dish soap or other alternatives (Windex lol). If you mark the tire at the valve stem you can see if it's moving or not, and how much. I changed 5 inches of rear tire movement to 0 following these ideas. No anti slip on my wheels, but it would be nice to have it.
