Good news to report! my 2014 Gen 2 just turned 30k miles and that’s very spirited riding, I’ve had Zero mechanical issues with it. Not a single issue has ever come up! outside of maintenance of chain, sprocket, tires, brakes, oil changes, not a single concern or problem!
Correction! once I had a low beam bulb go out! lol.
I push the bike hard, it lives in all available rpm range and it just loves it..
I read so much about other years and problems before and after all way up to new ones, but is it just me or are the Gen 2, 2012-2014 that reliable? I know everyone says new is better but are they?
