Looking for some help with wiring for TPS. Checking both sensors, looks to have 5 volts on both sides of twist grip sensor, but only 5 volts on one side of the butterfly sensor. The wihte w/red side only registers 1.5 volts. It' the same with them plugged in, or not.

Purchased gs-911. After clearing codes, these come right back.

Reteach the TPS, try again. You said 2013, I remember someone here fixing a problem similar to this a few years back by taking the throttle body apart and fixing the gears inside. Or else you'll have to get a replacement rheostat/motor assembly. The QS may just be a broken wire where the chain passes the pigtail to the sensor.

the 5volt I'm measuring is the feed to the sensors. Both the throttle grip sensor and the throttle vale sensor have six wires going to them. 5volt refrence , signal return, ground x2 for each sensor. grip sensor has both 5volt feed to both sides of sensor with them plugged in or not. throttle valve sensor only has 5volts to one side, other has 1.5volts. Ohmed wires from sensor to dme, and they both are the same. went as far as cutting the wire 2' back from dme plug , and still 1.5volts. Leaning towards bad DME.

You're way past most people on this forum. Maybe try some of the European groups, they tend to dig a bit deeper than us. Most people just dump the bike and move on when it has these kinds of issues. No wiring diagrams, Canbus architecture and a lot of stuff happening in small spaces doesn't lend itself well to home hobbyists. Good luck!
