Ok, never thought of that. One more thing I wanted to ask is about traction control, got a response on a reddit post I made and the person said if I don't get tires from some list that bmw has for the bike I might have issues with traction control. Is this true? If so how big of an issued since in two years with the bike I've had the traction control come on one time. Thanks!

You won't have any issues. It uses a wheel speed sensor to see if the wheel is slipping.

In terms of wear. Tire life is inversely proportional to your use of throttle.
