I used a $0.10 piece and filed it down to press fit into pair valve

What if I don't do proper fuel tuning of the bike or no PC5 but gone ahead with BLOCK-OFF CAP INSTALLATION? Will this damage the engine ?

I have done lots of test with the pair valve on the dyno and found the influence during a run to be zero.

I connected an LED light on the valve also to see when it activates, and saw that it only is activated when the throttle is closed and then even only 3 out of 10 times.

So if I do runs with this valve or without, i always get the 'same' (some tolerances ofcourse).

I tested today the pair valve and the resistance is 17.1 ohm, if anyone wants to bridge it.
