East Mercer Way training

I take this stretch of twisties twice a day when commuting to and from work.
Good way to hone reaction skills to tight and semi-blind (some VERY blind) corners at slow speeds.
Also a great place to work on reaction to mid-corner tar snakes and utility covers. My TC light binks quite a bit while at lean and the rear hopping over raised utility covers.

One piece of advice - it's patrolled quite a bit by the PD and residents in the area are not too happy with bikes zipping through their shady (less bright due to lots of trees, I mean) part of their Island. If you see pedestrians, give them a wave. Also watch out for entitled cyclists - they are often oblivious to their surroundings and sometimes a bit aggressive in holding their ground against vehicles many times heavier than their expensive pedal-power cycles.

We try to practice the same behavior with the locals on some of our favorite roads.
