Brocks a straight forward dude.....

The more I watch his videos the more I think he seems like a really genuine type of guy. I say that because you never know about the owners of companies especially if you don't see them. He does a good job getting information across. As a potential customer he makes me feel comfortable in purchasing a product from him (I haven't bought anything from brocks.)

All that mushy sh1t out the way I am going to leave this little trinket right here cuz I feel there might be a new monster in the room........ let the flaming/johnson measuring begin.

Also on this topic I guess I did things out of order somewhat, but after all the work I've done/had done to the bike I feel i need to get that throttle blade de-restricted just to feel I've done all I could short of going into the motor. I guess for our bike the only way to get 100% throttle opening you have to get a flash. I haven't heard of anybody doing it just with a PC or the like. So I need to start exploring that world. I'm sure getting an ECU flash to open the throttle 100% will probably require my pcV to be retuned.

I'm happy to hear any a$$holes..... I mean opinions yall might have.

Excellent video. When Brock is referring to removing restrictions on the '17 GSXR 1000R, it is completely different than the restrictions that Brentune says it removes. Brock is talking about being WFO and the throttle bodies closing. This is bad! The restrictions Brentune talks about removing are the ones BMW engineers have determined the engine can't handle. That's why they are there. If in doubt, revisit @dagor6 's thread explaining this. MHO.

Brock is a genuine guy and a great ambassador for our sport. Lucky for me he lives about five minutes away.
A few years ago I got to spend a evening in Vegas with Brock. It was one of the best times I've ever spent in Vegas or my life.

Good video! I just don't like that he calls the butterfly's "blades" maybe it's a yank thing but I've never heard them referred to as that.

Not so sure - I've heard "Brits" refer to them as throttle blades.

So maybe just referring to them as "blades" is an Ohio thing.

I've seldom heard the secondary throttle blades called anything but butterfly blades.

Maybe it's a Yank thing after all ....

So which Gentleman's clubs did you visit? It's the only thing to do in Vegas if you don't want to gamble or watch an over the hill Brittany Spears lip sink while shaking what shouldn't be shook. On second thought, Penn and Teller would be worth seeing live.

We don't have "blade" restrictions like the new GSXR 1000. You seem confused.

Signed,
