Which Akra is that? Didn't think they had a shorty option for 15+.

Also, how did you remove the yellow "Arrow" branding? Looks MUCH cleaner this way!

I made my Akrapovic connect pipe out of a Akrapovic pipe for a GSXR1000 section. So, that allowed me to put the Shorty at the angle I wanted, and out of the way of viewing the swingarm and rear brake caliper. I hate that area all blocked off.

The arrow was awesome looking as it is the same Akrapovic I had on several of my GSXR750's .. Muffler up under the swingarm area.

I removed that darn yellow sticker as it stuck out like a swore thumb on a red bike. It is just like Akrapovic stickers. Aluminum foil based sticky sticker type. I brought an Akrapovic sticker to put on there, but the fit and finish of the Arrow was really nice and I am very happy with it.

I may have found out a way for a shorty akra system for our bikes

I seen this ad on eBay for 2015-2016 S1Krr full short akra exhaust

And here are the part numbers the eBay member sent to me he says will work on 15-16

Can anyone confirm that this will work before I purchase

1811-2226
1812-0220

And here is the link

Look at this on eBay:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/122006008510

BRAND NEW AKROPOVIC SHORTI FULL SYSTEM(2016 BMW S1000RR)

If this does not work I'm thinking of doing the ARROW full shorty system , anyone have any recommendations where to get the best price and what part number I would need

I really wanna do this when I get my bike... I think the R1 Akrapovic exhaust is the sexiest thing I've seen on a bike in a long time... found another pic of one too.
