Yea hopefully after he rides with me a few more times we can cleanse him of his squid-like tendencies and bring him into the big boy fold.

well speeds is just a squirrely kid with his first bike.. the electronics and handling of the s1k cause him to vastly overestimate his ability. Every straight is max blast every turn is a mid corner braking nightmare. These dangerous habits combined with the gear which consists of sperry's, ray-bans and a too tiny tank top while the designer helmet is comfortably hanging off his passenger seat really sets the stage for a proper squidding. The only thing keeping him from looping the bike is he can't figure out how to take it out of rain mode he just keeps changing the temp on his handgrips. When I try to talk to him about it he just makes random Dom Mazzetti references about going HAM and buying tickets to the thunderdome
