2020 forum section

Dear site admins,

Please create a subsection for the 2020 model so it would be easier to discuss the details, similar to what you have done for the other models (HP4, etc).

I think we should break up the gens. 10-11, 12-14, 15-19, 2020. Would make finding things easier than just under S1000RR General.

No. 10-11 same. 12-14 same. 15-16 you could separate from 17-19 due to euro 4 but I wouldn't bother. Then the 2020. 19 in the US is same as 18.

A 2020+ section would be great. It's brand new and different enough from the rest to warrant its own discussion area, especially as new ones are sold and we get more members.

Since we are talking gens, letís go by the headlight config:

Gen 1 is 2009-2014
Gen 2 is 2015-2018/19
Gen 3 is 2019/2020

Agree, let's not forget that everywhere in the world apart from N America the latest rr is a 2019. Still trying to work out how a bike manufactured in early 2019 is designated 2020.

The Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3 would be ideal. Otherwise it'll be just way too many sections.
