[2020] GB Racing Covers - Instructions Incorrect

I just wanted to highlight this issue.

I contacted GB Racing about a month ago and let them know that this was a problem. They acknowledged the error and said that they would get new instructions to their vendors but I don't think vendors pulled the paper instructions out of the existing packaging.

The part in question is the Fixing Bracket for the Secondary Pulse Cover.

The instructions have been updated on their website and can be found here:

https://www.gbracing.eu/uploads/S1000RR%202019.pdf

Attached is the picture of another angle of where the bracket should go once installed correctly.

Hope this helps!

It means just make sure your bike is cool before you do this or when you take those bolts off the system will be pressurized and you’ll get sprayed with really hot coolant

Correct, do it while the bike is cool as the coolant system is under pressure when it's hot...

I did it after the bike has been sitting for a few days. Went on smoothly.
