Servo buddy when installing exhaust on 2020

I’ve been soooo busy with work but am finally nearing my 650 miles to get the limiter taken off. I plan to install my akra full system Sunday.

So, does the 2019 servo buddy work with 2020? Doesn’t look like they have one for a 2020 yet. What have you guys done that already have full exhausts installed?

Thanks!

Is this a must have for the full Akrapovic for the 2020? And I guess we need 2? And we can use the 2018 version?

Only one on the K67

The code in the ECU works different from the code on the K46. It counts the ignition cycles of test on the module to flapper. With it gone, it will not throw a code for at least 5-10 ignition cycles. The Servo Buddy keeps the counter from missing. I need to find that counter in there and see if I can stop it.

I have only tested the Woodcraft one.

Cool. Can someone provide some details on where it should be installed. Assuming there are multiple spots it can be installed?

Thank you! I just ordered this one off of revzilla. Should be here Monday. Hopefully just a day of the cables being loose to do their thing won’t set a code. I plan on getting my ecu flashed by you soon as well.

Just zip tie it to the module bracket like this. the cable is long enough in that it is easy to connect and then work the zip tie on the bracket and the servo module.

As per the akra instructions, youíll just remove the cables, and leave the servo installed, bike wonít know the difference

Just buy this part number and it works.

There are several versions out there, and this one works to avoid the ignition cycles. The flapper code itself is off, and you will not get a engine light for some time, but after about 5-10 ignition cycles it will come on without this module in place. I will find the coding for the ignition cycles, but it will be at least 2 weeks.
