Hello Everyone, For those participating in the event make sure you keep yourself hydrated throughout the day, I would recommend Water through out the day, Gatorade or I prefer Pedialyte. At riders meeting have a water with you. Start the following day hydrating yourself it will make your day that much better not feeling worn down by midday. I also recommend Bananas or potassium pills throughout the day to prevent cramping.
