MotoVloggers?

Anyone here motovlog? I haven't found many S1000rr riders who vlog. Post up your channel if you vlog!

I just started a month or so ago, always been interested in vlogging and found that the lav mics are super cheap. I just attatched my GoPro HD3 in a skeleton case to my helmet with the lav mic inside on my chin piece. Just having a bit of trouble with the wind noise over 50mph, otherwise pretty good audio from a $20 mic.

My first few attempts:

Sounds like you're into all kinds of fun stuff! Like you said, the audio sounds pretty good for a $20 mic and wind noise wasn't really all that bad. Sounds like you miss the R1. How do you like the rr?

Part of me misses the 05 R1, beautiful bikes. Those were the days I had less worries and rode all the time in Austin TX. A lot nicer riding than Houston where I live now. I also had a 2009 R1, sounded amazing!

So far I love the BMW, it is a very rideable bike. Already haveasome issues with false neutral and the chain rattle on startup, just hoping other issues don't pop up.

Your motovlogs are nice. I reduced the wind noise on my mic by attaching a mesh cover onto it. It's the same mesh cover that you'd find on a headset & mic unit. I also placed the mic under the chin padding inside the helmet. Keep up the great work!

My AT mic came with the foam cover, but it kept falling off so ultimately it went bye bye for good when I was riding -_-
I want to use the same material they use for dead cats. I have one on my shotgun mic and it is amazing, guess I should scour the internet for a lav mic dead cat.

Great vlog btw, I'm already subscribed to your channel. I like the photo references when you mention a bike.

I too have recently started doing vlogs as I wanted to try something different, so here is one when I rode S1000RR for the first time

https://youtu.be/bf4jGH-9UoY

There are few more riding videos as well along with vlogs, so please check out my channel if you are interested

I havent been able to do a vlog with my own S1000RR as I am still too excited to say anything! Maybe will do one after some time.

Any feedback regarding videos would be great
