Help 2016 S1000RR throttle removal

Please how do you remove cover to get to screw to remove throttle from clipon? Thanks Tobin

Search on this forum, there are more than a few threads on the topic, some very recent. You'll need a T8 screwdriver.

There is a seam line in the center of the cover.

Take a very thin flat blade screw driver and insert on the starter button side. Move the screw driver in the downward direction lightly and note that it releases slightly in the center seam line.

Then move to the front side of the twist unit and insert the flat blade there and once again pry downward slightly and when it releases, it should start to remove off of there.

Its difficult, but just work at it slowly.
