Can you please post pics of the rearsets with GP shift option? I'm curious if the OEM belly pan has to be trimed as with the Gilles Tooling GP shift rearsets. TIA

I have no pictures of the GP shift rearsets but I know that they do not require modification to the OEM belly pan.

The Woodcraft GP shift will not require any modification to the oem belly pan. It utilizes the factory shift rod location.

Bought the GP shift rearsets and a pair of A-star gloves online from these guys (Disco/Cycle Sector) today.

Do the rearsets come with heel guards?

Can't believe I just spent $400 to reverse shift my bike. On my turbo 900RR it was a $15 shaft pivot arm doodad from a 929 flipped around and a slight bend to the stock shift rod. But that's how everything has been going with this bike so far.

From the pictures, it looks like they can use the stock heel guards. So either way, no big deal.

Sounds good. Riding up to Mt. Lemmon might be a better idea & use of our time though.

Got a new helmet coming too. And it'll need to be broken in also.

We can do that too. There are some good roads down by you though too. A buddy and I were down in Bisbee last Friday.

Send me a PM when you wanna ride and we'll figure something out.

WHAT?! Where?? All the roads I've found are boring and straight.

I'm getting ready for work right now. I'll just PM you about them when I get home in the morning if I remember.
