Trailer Wheel Lug Nuts Rusting

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this question, but I've got some rusting on the lug nuts (and possibly the bolts) on the wheels of my 6 x 10 used trailer. Any thoughts on how to get and keep the rust off? Also, what torque to apply to tighten the lug nuts? I think it's a 3/4" nut.

PB Blaster spray for the Rust, 85 foot lbs on the torque. check the spec of trailer that what mine are Haulmark trailer single axle 6x12.
