Default Local Track Day pics

Some of my last track pics at my local track here in sunny Cape Town, South Africa.. Any suggestions lads????. The Left hand turn is where i sent my CBR1000RR to bike heaven in Jan..... So forgive me for still being a bit careful.

For all the shorties out there... yes if your 5'3 you can ride this bike....

Nice pics and good riding style.

I am based in JHB and often ride Kyalami, Red Star and Zwartkops. Drop me a note if you are ever up here for a track day, it will be fun to ride with a fellow S1RR rider at a track day.

Shame someone put some cones in the middle of the track!

lpadayachi - Thanks bud.. I was in JHB last week for work.. Would love to do a trackday at Redstad and Kyalami.. That must be a good track to ride.

gixercinvert - tell me about the cones.. They were right in my line but the guys had them out for the beginners.

1000RR - Thanks buddy...

Next time you are up here for work, get your bike shipped up and book Redstar, it is awesome. Let me know which day also, if I am not already booked, I will join you.

Cool sounds like a plan. Maybe I should just ride it up... The BMW guys here are looking at doing a round trip soon. East London,PE and then finish with Kilarney. 3 track days in a week.. Should be awsome....

Nah, it's too far to ride, and you will just kill your tyres before you even get to the track. Shipping is like R1500.

I heard about those rides. I have a good mate that lives down there that keeps asking me to come join him. You should do it, nothing better that riding a track all week :-)
