Default Silverstone MotoGP

Anyone going to the MotoGP this weekend, not good for the BBQ because it's looking like a wet one :-(

I'm giving it a miss this year, though I wish I was going.

I missed last year as well due to my Godson's Christening, (I couldn't really excuse myself), which was the first one I'd missed in 7 years at Donington. Hopefully next year I'll see the new Silverstone but until then I'll be glued to Toby and Jules on Eurosport.

Hopefully we'll see a Rossi victory, (doubt it), but I'd also love to see Simoncelli on the top step come Sunday afternoon.

I would be going, but i'll be in Cyprus on Saturday. So i'll be watching it in my local sports bar.

Come on Cal.......a podium would be nice (but very unlikely unless its pissing down)

I'll be going only on Sunday though, first time in years not going for the whole weekend, which might not be a bad thing seeing the weather forecast

Yes the last few races have been crap. Last weekend's effort from Catalunya was as dull as a dull thing with a particularly good reason to be dull.

Thank God for 125 and Moto2! Moto2 has been awesome since it came in last season. Hopefully the new regs for MotoGP in 2012 will perk things up a bit. Hopefully we'll see the S1000RR powered Suter they unveiled at the end of last year!

Can't believe how cold it was on Sunday , never seen steamy breath in June. It was like a wet windy and cold November (ended up wearing two coats a woolly hoody and two t-shirts and was still frozen)!

Saturday was roasting , the price of food was grim 7 quid for manky fish and chips!

Plenty of action on the track I must say!
