I posted spoiler in the title, so if you haven't seen the race or results yet, don't look at this.
The SDBMW/Locust Storage Powered By Lee's Cycles team did well at Miller, with Jeremy Toye placing a creditable tenth, and Steve Rapp with a solid 5th, which was the highest placing for a BMW. Chris Trounsen crashed out, unfortunately. He'd been going well in practice, so a top ten for him was a believable goal.
This carries on our string of good results, and the rest of the season is looking very promising.
I don't have any pictures from the racing, but I do have a photo of a very damp Larry Pegram during yesterday's practice.
Larry had an unfortunate mechanical DNF during the race, but he'll be back better and faster next round.
Tony Kasper finished 11th, and Chris Peris joined Chris Trounsen in the Utah mud. All in all a mixed day for the BMW riders there in Tooele.
