Default Whats for breakfast at Super Bike School

Hey folks, In less than a week I am set to do level, 1,2,3 at CSS. They offer breakfast at the track but I am more partial to pig out some high protein at the hotel in case breakfast at the track is not so complete. Anybody recall what they have on the table?

I didn't partake, but it looked awfully healthful. Grains and cereals and apples and such. :shudder:

The lunchtime sammiches were excellent, though!

Hmmm...

I recall there being fruit, hard boiled eggs, bagels, and pastries (like grocery-store danishes and pound cake). I specifically remember there being bananas because I saw someone do something lewd involving a banana.

For track days, I usually bring a back of beef jerky as a protein snack all day.
