Racing this weekend an need suspension help

I've been working for months trying to get this bike to feel hal as good as my 08 1000rr and it's still a far cry from the birds glory. The bird was so stable and rock solid in the corners even if a little slow on the turn in but it was managable. The BMW either feels like a tank and won't lean for **** or I get it to turn on a dime but the front end constently tucks a good deal of the time.

I've tried every possible setting for the geometry and for the valving and NOTHING feels right, nothing. I have Ohlins 30mm cartridges in with I thin C6 and the stock valving in the rebound with 1.05 springs and ther stock valving in the Ohlins rear ttx with a 100nm spring down from a 110. I weigh 205 down from 240 which was last years weight.
