Yesterday, Wednesday, BMW did kind of an debut in MotoGP at Jerez in Spain.
There is a test for 125, Moto2 and some MotoGP teams (the contracted riders in MotoGP are not allowed to test).

Another interesting presence at Jerez is the Suter MotoGP machine, featuring a BMW S1000RR engine in a chassis based on Suter's Moto2 bike. The bike is being ridden by Suter's official test rider Carmelo Morales, with Australian Damian Cudlin helping out.../ /...the Australian has been roped in to help test the Suter Moto1 machine, though whether lapping a wet track in the rain can be considered a reward or not is open to discussion.
