Default GP shift change?

I'm looking into getting serious about tracking/racing next year. My BMW isn't going to be my track bike so I wanted to know what you guys thought about putting it into GP shift so I can get used to it.

Do any of you run normal shift on your street bikes and GP on your track bikes? Would it be a good idea to put the S1000 in GP shift so I'm more familiar with it?

Buy rearsets that allow you to run both setups. Try GP shift, if you don't like it don't sweat it.

Mladin, Biaggi, and Bayliss use regular shift. Do what feels comfortable to you.

Default MotoGp shift

I have always run Gp shift on my track bikes. I much prefer this way. Just seems more natural to me and when I first switched over there was very little learning curve/adjustment period..

it honestly took less than five minutes for GP shift to become totally 100% natural. But I bought Attack Performance rearsets primarily for the ability to choose. But I don't think I'll go back - GP shifting just seems to make more sense.
