CSS looking for "Riding Coaches"

Just got an email from CSS...they're doing a search for riding coaches. Chance for some of you top-flight track guys to help others develop their skills?

If CSS is looking for someone to coach how to crash smoothly I might consider.

Help riders improve their skills with nice CSS crew is a cool job to have. $150+ a track day, I did not think coaches get paid.

I received the email too - I was going to apply to sweep the track, but I guess you got that covered z00.

But you only like to ride on the street. Track is too boring for ya. Maybe you can teach me how to slide on entry

I'll bring the vegemite and meat pies. Party time y'all. In all honesty if I found myself out of where I am now. I would consider CSS coach as an avenue. I know all the aussie blokes as we supply them the bikes.

Best job in the world!!! Yes we get paid, starts at $150/day and goes up from there as you move up in coach rank and training. When I coached full time it occasionally felt a bit like a "job" with all the travel etc but it was still always the coolest "job" ever. Now, because I only get to coach 5-6 times a year it's more like a paid vacation Go somewhere cool like San Francisco or Las Vegas, hang out with wicked cool people, meet new wicked cool people, ride motorcycles all day, see your students succeed and improve and go home with $$ in your pocket. Doesn't get any better than that!

Honestly, I'd do it without pay (don't tell the boss) but it is so rewarding and makes me feel so happy to be able to see students become better, faster, safer and more confident riders. I can't think of any other job I'd rather have.

So, if any of you think you have what it takes then don't hesitate to apply! I'm so glad I did, 14 years ago

Let me know if you have any further questions!!!
